Job Description:

  • Oversees the development of the Program Management Office professional development and training.
  • Experienced with providing program management, training, skills assessments, developing curriculum, and similar support.
  • Experience with developing large enterprise-wide online training courses and programs.
  • The ideal applicant would have knowledge of the 508 compliance requirements and other federal regulations regarding online content and accessibility.
  • Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate those issues to a nontechnical audience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Communication or business administration preferred) with 10 years of experience. Master's Degree +5 years of experience.
  • Must be skillful in working with a large government organization
  • Must be skillful in working with a set of diverse federal and contractor staffs
  • Must have better than average oral and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite of Professional Software Tools, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • General knowledge in Homeland Security Mission, Operations, Programs and Policy

Security Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
